Infantry, Joint Staff, and Acquisition Corps Officer 1972-1999. Engineer, former professor at West Point, Bulgarian Defense and Staff College, international consultant advising former communist countries' Ministries of Defense and Armed Forces 2002-2010; currently consultant to US Army Center for the Army Profession and Ethic at West Point, NY. Married, 3 grown sons, two grandchildren. Mother and Sister live in Hurst-Euless-Bedford,TX. One son in Dallas and one in Austin, another in Golden, CO.
